At noon on Oct. 24th we have planned a wonderful World Polio Day celebration to be held at The Capper Foundation.  Nearly 99 years ago on Christmas Day, 1920 Arthur Capper established The Capper Fund to pay for health services for children dealing with the effects of infantile paralysis diseases, such as Polio.  Capper Foundation continues to serve individuals and families to build abilities and empower people of all ages living with disabilities.  Several special  guests have been invited to join us.

Your attendance is  encouraged.  Please feel free to invite a friend.
