Greg Simms

Born in Kansas City, Missouri and so was his wife, Trish.
Raised in the Overland Park and Shawnee areas.
Attended Shawnee Mission North High School and the University of Kansas.
Member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
Professional background is over 18 years in executive leadership roles with the Boy Scouts of America and 2 years with the Girl Scouts of the USA in the states of Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Eight and a half of my 18 years with the BSA were spent serving the Heart of America Council headquartered in Kansas City, and I earned my Eagle Scout rank as a youth.
Past Rotarian in the Kansas City, Kansas and South Overland Park Clubs, and also a current/former member of the Knights of Columbus, Big Brothers Big Sisters, several chambers of commerce, and trustee on various homeowners association boards.
Married to Trish with two daughters, Kaitlynn (12) and Addison (4).
Hobbies and interests include being an advanced SCUBA diver, youth sports coach, woodworking, and camping.
