The Rotary Club of Topeka is meeting at Kay's Garden Event Center at the Topeka Zoo and by Zoom this Thursday Noon, March 3, 2022. The program will start at about 12:15 and be Bill Riphahn, former Park Planner and current Shawnee County Commissioner. Bill will speak on the history of Gage Park and the Topeka Zoo.
