I clerked for the Sloan Law firm while I was in Washburn Law School. When I graduated in 1969 I had a 2 year obligation as a 1st Lt in the Army. The firm offer me a job as a new associate and would hold that job until I returned from Viet Nam two years later. I spent 25 years first as an associate and then as a partner with the Sloan Law Firm.
